PROCESSING TIME
When your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package until delivery.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during sales periods and holidays - this information will be displayed at the top of the webshop. We hope for your patience during these periods, as our small team works as quickly as possible to process all orders.

Shipping prices DK:

- Free shipping over 500 kr to GLS parcel shop.
- Orders under 500 kr for GLS 39,-
- Private delivery 49,- on all orders

Shipping costs International 1-5 kg with DHL express:

- Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, Kuwait, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Great Britain, Andorra, Serbia 40€/ 300dkk
- Greenland, Faroe Islands 55€ / 400dkk
- China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia 20€ / 150dkk

Shipping costs are in regards to private customers and for personal use only. Bulk and business orders may be charged with extra shipping costs.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Depending on your order and country, you will be required to pay local taxes upon receipt of your package, for which dr.Adams cannot be held responsible. Please note that we have no control over these taxes and cannot advise what the price will be, as policies and import duties vary from country to country. We cannot mark orders as gifts for customs and taxes.

DELAYS OR LOSS OF PACKAGE
Dr.Adams cannot be held responsible for delays or loss of packages, but you are always welcome to contact customer service here or the specific shipping company directly for further status.

CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive it, or not picking it up at the chosen parcel shop. If this is the case, a fee of DKK 100 will be charged, which the customer pays for. This fee will be deducted from the value of your refund when the returned package is processed.

All items are sent as insured mail, which makes it possible to track the package if problems arise during shipping. All packages we send are insured during shipping and therefore please always check the contents of the package upon receipt. If the package or contents are damaged, please report it to the shipping company, no later than 2 days after receipt. Dr. Adams is not responsible for items that have been damaged during transport.
