Hvordan bruger jeg et gavekort hos dr. Adams?

På vores webshop indtaster du gavekort koden under checkout i feltet voucher. Der kan kun indtastes en kode pr.ordre, har du flere gavekort du gerne vil bruge på den samme ordre kontakt da vores kundeservice på mail@dr-adams.dk.I vores fysiske butik henvender du dig bare til en af de ansatte, så skal de nok hjælpe dig.

Hvad koster fragten hos dr. Adams?

Vi giver fri fragt på alle online ordre i DK over 300kr (uden omdeling) Din ordre bliver leveret indenfor 1-3 hverdage. Ved travle perioder kan der forekomme længere leveringstid. Shopper du for under 300kr koster levering til pakkeshop 29kr og med omdeling 49kr

Hvordan returnerer jeg varer hos dr. Adams?

Vi tilbyder 14 dages fuld returret, der er gældende fra den dag du modtager din ordre. Ønsker du at returnerer en eller flere varer fra din ordre skal du benytte den vedlagte returlabel. Vi skal dog gøre opmærksom på, at der ved brug af den vedlagte returlabel, bliver der fratrukket 29 DKK fra returbeløbet.
