The shoes are pre-treated, but we recommend applying an additional water-repellent treatment, as this provides the best protection against the elements. To maintain the shoes, we recommend using a leather balm if the leather begins to feel dry. The leather balm allows the leather to breathe again. When the shoes are not in use, it is best to store them in the included dust bag.
