DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

PROCESSING TIME
Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number, which you can use to follow your package until delivery.

Please note that longer delivery times may occur during sale periods and holidays. This information will be clearly stated at the top of our webshop. We kindly ask for your patience during these busy periods, as our small team works as quickly as possible to process all orders. If you choose your own return shipping, shipping to a parcel shop will not be accepted, but please send directly to our address.

- Free shipping on orders over DKK 500 to GLS parcel shop.
- Orders under DKK 500 to GLS parcel shop: DKK 39.
- Private delivery (home address): DKK 49 on all orders.

Shipping costs are in regards to private customers and for personal use only. Bulk and business orders may be charged with extra shipping costs.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Depending on your order and country, you may be required to pay local duties upon receiving your package, for which dr. Adams cannot be held responsible. Please kindly note that we have no control over these charges and cannot inform you of the exact amount, as policies and import duties vary from country to country. We cannot mark orders as gifts in relation to customs and duties.

DELAYS OR LOST PACKAGES
Dr. Adams cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages. However, you're always welcome to contact our customer service here or directly contact the specific shipping carrier for further status.

REFUSAL OF PURCHASE
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing delivery or by not picking up the package at your selected parcel shop. Should this occur, a fee of DKK 100 will be charged to the customer. This fee will be deducted from your refund when the returned package is processed.

All goods are shipped as insured mail, making it possible to track the package if any issues occur during shipping. All packages we send are insured during transit, therefore we kindly ask you to always inspect the contents of your package upon receipt. If the package or contents are damaged, please report this to the shipping carrier no later than 2 days after receipt. Dr. Adams is not responsible for goods damaged during transport.

RETURN

Dr. Adams offers a 14-day full right of return on all purchases made on the webshop. If the package is sent to a parcel shop, the return period is from the day the package is ready for collection. For private delivery, the period is calculated from the day you receive your package.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return. If you use our return portal, DKK 39 will automatically be deducted from your total return amount. If you wish to use your own return shipping, please send directly to our address. If you send to other delivery addresses, such as a parcel shop, your package will automatically be sent back to you.

HOW TO DO IT
- Log in to our returns portal and follow the guidelines
- Pack the item securely in the original bag or packaging.
- Drop off the package at your preferred parcel shop

Always remember to get a receipt that you have delivered your package in case problems arise during shipping. Without this receipt, we will not be able to create a missing person's report on the package if it gets lost in shipping.

You can also always drop off your return package at our store in Odense, which will forward it to the webshop and process the return.

CONDITION OF THE GOODS
When returning the item, it must be sent in the original packaging, and contain the associated product hangtags and price tag. If the original hangtag and price tag are not intact on the item, it cannot be returned.

You will be liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that may result from handling other than what is necessary. You must try the item in the same way as if you were trying it in a physical store. If this requirement is not met, we consider the item as used and reserve the right to return the item or find a solution to correct the damage.

TREATMENT TIME
It takes 1-3 business days from the time we receive your return package until we have processed and refunded the amount to the payment card used. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return package has been processed. Please note that it may take another 1-3 business days from the time your return is made until the money is available on the payment card again.

Please note that longer processing times may occur during sales periods and holidays. We therefore hope that you will be patient during these periods as our small team works as quickly as possible to handle all returns.

Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
