Birdie
Childhood friends from Hellebæk, Andreas Kofoed Sørensen and Hans Høite Augustenborg founded Birdie in 2022. A poor indoor climate is a big, but also an invisible problem that requires a visible solution - and that's what Hans set out to solve. He called Andreas and together they set out to develop a product that could help people get outside. After starting a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter back in April 2022, they were overwhelmed by the support from thousands of customers in more than 63 countries, who contributed over DKK 4,000,000. What started as a hobby project has now become a full-time job for the two friends, who are on a mission to improve air quality in homes, offices and schools globally.
